February 9th 2016; Year 2143, first day of the first month:     Losar vsang/ Losar tashi delek!

NOVEMBER 15: we are home for the winter, if you tell us in time there would be beds also for Xmas and New Year, the same for Losar ( Tibetan New Year)!

We are running a small family guesthouse in a tibetan village called Pasu or Pasang ( Bosang in chinese) between Lhagang (Tagong) and Ranaka (Xinduqiao). Sitting on about 3600 m , it is still a farmer place compared to only 13 km further Tagong which is considered nomad area.

We can offer up to 30 beds in various sized rooms; you can find tibetan local food, chinese or few western style food.

There are fresh drinkable tap water and hot shower and two seperate toilets.

You can experience farmers life, know more about the culture and buddhism; go hiking in the surrounding mountains and forest, visit nearby monasteries  or just relax and enjoy the riverview on our outside sitting place.

If  you are interested in meditation or buddhist teachings you can ask us about dates and organising.

We are also renting out bicylcles , maybe in future motorbikes too.

 Soon coming: our local village festival and the tagong monastery cham dances.
